Janna Hobbs
APRN, FNP-C
Owner/Nurse Practitioner
With over three decades of dedicated service in healthcare, Janna brings a wealth of experience and compassionate care to our practice. Beginning her journey as a nurse aide in 1992, she exemplifies the power of continuous growth and learning in healthcare. She earned her RN certification in 1994, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2012, and achieved her Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner in 2017.
What truly sets Janna apart is her genuine commitment to building meaningful connections with patients. She takes pride in creating an environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their health concerns openly. Her greatest satisfaction comes from partnering with patients to achieve their health goals, whether it's managing blood pressure, diabetes, or developing healthier lifestyle habits.
Beyond the office, Janna cherishes time with her children and grandchildren. You might find her tending to her garden or working in her yard, activities that reflect her belief in the importance of an active, balanced lifestyle.
Fun fact: She's a romantic at heart, having eloped to Lake Tahoe on Christmas Day 1988!
Heather Burkleo

Nurse Practitioner
As a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, Heather brings over 15 years of nursing experience and a passion for patient care to our practice. Her journey in healthcare began as a Registered Nurse, and she has since advanced her career to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, exemplifying her commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare services.
What makes Heather's approach special is her genuine enthusiasm for patient interaction and her dedication to helping individuals achieve their best health. She finds joy in building relationships with her patients and creating personalized treatment plans that lead to improved health outcomes.
When she's not caring for patients, Heather embraces family life with her husband Mike and their three children - Bentleigh, Reese, and Liam. As an active mom, she can often be found coaching her daughters' sports teams or planning the next family adventure with Mike.
Fun fact: Heather has a twin sister, Amber, who also calls Whitesboro home - making healthcare expertise truly run in the family!
